ContextLens is a browser extension and web service that helps users explain, summarize, translate, and study selected text or images on webpages.
Information you provide
When you use ContextLens, selected text, selected screenshot regions, notes, follow-up questions, and account information may be sent to ContextLens so we can provide explanations, saved history, review, and flashcard features.
Service providers
ContextLens uses service providers to operate the product, including hosting, authentication, database storage, AI model providers, OCR providers, analytics, and payment processing. Data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Payments
Paid plans and usage-based credits are processed by Stripe. ContextLens does not store full payment card numbers.
Retention and deletion
Users can delete saved items from their account. For account deletion or data requests, contact us at contextlens@gmail.com.
