Refund Policy

If you are charged for ContextLens and believe the charge was incorrect, contact contextlens@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We generally refund accidental duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and subscriptions cancelled shortly after renewal when there has been little or no usage after the renewal date.

Usage-based credits that have already been consumed are generally not refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
